- Our grapes are grown in the Uzès area, between the Cévennes montains and Provence countryside, on the southern-facing slopes of the garrigue where they receive all-day sun. This pure Grenache Gris has a very pale grey hue. Its nose is fresh and mineral with, in contrast, a full-bodied and round palate, and a pleasant finish with saline notes. 

- Enjoy as an aperitif or served with green salad and grilled meats 
- Best served between 11 and 13°C 
- To drink in the first 2 years 
- Alcohol: 13,5%
